Return and Refund Policy
This return policy was last modified on 14th January 2014.
In the event that the customer finds that the parts supplied to him was in error or no longer necessary, he/she may return the parts to the store at his/her own cost and request for an exchange of parts of equal value to the returned goods, that are available in stock.
This offer is only valid within the first 2 weeks from date of sale and the part must be returned in good condition and in its original packaging.
Parts that were sold as part of a special order (for example imported from Japan) do not benefit from this return policy and any possible refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that the customer wishes to obtain a monetary refund, a review of his case will be made. A monetary refund is more likely if found the part was provided in error upon an accurate description by the customer.
